So i'm gonna go off to college soon and i really want to look fit (cause college cmon xD). And I find it really hard to actually shed some pounds. I'm roughly 173.8 cm and 85 kgs (Yes I know,, i like food, i can't help). I've actually tried to like diet and exercise and like failed MISERABLY.
Anyone knows the most effective way to lose some pounds and what kinda diet will put me back into shape? Considering the fact i have pre finals going on.
