powerful women in kpop

Are there any powerful women in the korean music industry. Outside of celebrities I haven't seen many women in the industry. Am I missing a lot? Do you see this as a problem or something you would like to see change?

I mean powerful because of their position like a ceo or founder of a somewhat successful company real power not an image somebody made for them
