So, have you seen it yet? What are your thoughts? Did you enjoy it? What are your theories?
If we go by the most popular and obvious theory of Rey being Luke's daughter, why the heck would he drop her off at Jakku? I guess it could be to protect her from Kylo?
And on Kylo, there's a theory going around that he actually wants to harness the full power of the force in order to kill Snoke. He was like "the light is nice and good, but lets face it.. The only way to be powerful enough to kill a Sith Lord is going full dark side"... Maybe he is diving in the dark side and hating every minute of it? He is trying to bring balance to the force...This is the Darth Vader's job he wants to finish... perhaps? I don't remember seeing any signs of him actually ENJOYING the dark side... Or maybe that's just me trying to reach because I love unsung antiheros. Guess it depends on when Snoke started coming about vs. when Kylo killed the other padawans, the two might not even match up to my theory. Either way, I'm definitely intrigued by Kylo. Him, Poe and Phasma are my favourite characters so far. Boba Fett was one of my favourites from the original movies, and Phasma is kind of like Boba Fett currently in that they both just stand around and look really cool.
Also I cried like a baby at the Han Solo scene, dammit. And cried at random intervals throughout the movie because of it as well. I'll probably cry about it when I go to sleep tonight and think about it too much.
