Not sure what to do?

Okay, so basically I need peoples opinions here.

School is nearly finishing (Christmas Holidays) and I've been thinking about what's going to happen next year. I'm having trouble with a girl in my group of friends, who I would never consider her a 'real friend'. She steals (our stuff), talks bad about people behind their backs (including us), makes the most drama etc. If anything happens to her, she'll go home crying to her mother and make up a whole different story from what actually happened. I cannot stand her, and neither can my friends (they're mostly fed up with the drama that is being made, but she would come back to us a few days later and talk to us as if nothing happened, without even apologising). Also, another friend of mine told me to kick her out of the group, but I don't know.. how to? Because if I try to motivate my friends and she finds out, she will get her parents involved and I'll be in "deep trouble" (her mother would be believe anything that she would tell her, and she would get pretty pissed off too). Like, we have some good moments, but most of time we just get annoyed with her.

So. What do I do? I need some advice. >_<
